Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona is affiliated with Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America to offer you a quality education in the fields of culinary arts, pastry and baking, and hospitality. There are seven kitchens, six classrooms, and a library. The culinary institute offers housing assistance; financial aid is available to those who qualify; and continuous career placement assistance is available for its graduates. Scottsdale Culinary Institute also has a fine dining restaurant of its own. L'Ècole offers students the opportunity to participate in a hands-on restaurant venture.

Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
This program is designed to provide an intensive course of study leading to a specialized associate degree in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. Rigorous and comprehensive, our programs can help prepare students for professional entry into the foodservice industry. Integrating classical and modern culinary techniques with strong kitchen management skills training, students have the opportunity to learn how to prepare breads, pastries, desserts, appetizers, soups, sauces, vegetables, garde manger, charcuterie and entrees.
Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking
This program is designed to provide students with hands-on training in four areas: breads and doughs; cakes; service pastry and desserts; and chocolate, confectionery and show pieces. In addition, the curriculum includes professional development courses on safety and sanitation, nutrition and human resource management.
Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management
This program can help prepare those seeking employment in hospitality and restaurant management. Students who successfully complete the program will be schooled in aspects of managing hospitality facilities - with a focus on the hotel, restaurant and resort industry. This program can build on your natural ability and talent, while having the opportunity to add a defined set of technical and business skills, industry experience and professionalism.
